Breakfast, Brunch, and Lunch catering packages


Continental breakfast package $10.00 per person - Assorted bagels, muffins, and Danish, spreads, butters, and jams, along with fresh fruit plus your choice of two juices.


Deluxe breakfast buffet $19.00 per person - Cheesy scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, assorted toast, bagels, juices, spreads, jams, butters, along with build your own yogurt bar.


Blantons Brunch Package $29.00 per person - Buttermilk fried chicken and waffles with blantons bourbon infused maple peppercorn syrup, spinach, cauliflower and cheddar frittata, roasted vegetable medley with lemon herb vinaigrette, bacon, sausage, croissants, assorted Danish, bagels, toast, butters, jams, and spreads. Includes three juices, and fresh fruit platter.


Build your own taco bar: $14.00 per person - Beef and shredded chicken, home made pico de gallo, salsa verde, hard and soft shells and all the fixings.


Build your own burger bar: $14.00 per person - Hand made burger patties, pickles, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, special sauces, and toasted buns.


Mediterranean table $16.00 per person:  roasted red peppers, marinated artichoke hearts, roasted assorted fresh vegetables, mixed olives, pickled peppers and onions, tomato and cucumber salad and assorted cheeses with toasted pita and flatbreads.


Mobile Sushi Station $25:00 per person: Rolling sushi station with an assortment of fresh handmade sushi rolls. Price can vary per roll assortment this is our standard roll pricing per cart.


Kids Meals are available at $9.00 per - Options include chicken tenders and fries, mini pizza, pasta with butter.

Caribbean Island Style Buffet Package - $55.00   per person includes jerk chicken leg quarters, whole fried red snapper, baked mac n cheese, curry goat, and provisions, plantain, casava, and tamarind stew.

Coffee and tea service included no additional charge on all parties. 


Event spaces

We have the capability to handle events with over three hundred people in our Crystal ballroom equipped with full bar, dance floor, bridal suite and open layout.
